On 02-03 December 2019, the Academy of Justice within the initial training for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will be developed two training sessions under the module: “Covert measures of surveillance and investigation”.
Topics that are being addressed are: Use of location tracking tools, legal conditions for authorizing the measure, control of postal deliveries and controlled deliveries, duration of orders and controlled deliveries.
Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly appointed prosecutors (VIII Generation), 2019-2020.
