On 05 and 06 December 2019, within the framework of the initial training for newly appointed judges (generation VII), the Academy of Justice is organizing a training under the module: “International Legal Order”, respectively, submodule: “International Legal Cooperation”.
Topics to be addressed are: Extradition, European arrest warrant, removal or unlawful removal of a child, conditions to be considered as international child abduction, and initiation of proceedings before a competent court and enforcement of the decision of a child's return.
Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly Appointed Judges (VII Generation), 2019-2020.
