January 8 2020, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the USAD Commercial Law Project, held a meeting with the Commercial Law trainers engaged by the Academy of Justice.
At this meeting it was discussed about the matter of drafting a unified module by trainers on Mediation, the challenges that have occurred in trainings so far, cooperation and teamwork of trainers (judges, prosecutors, mediators) who lecture on mediation, and establishing more favorable conditions in courts and prosecutorial offices - in the technical and professional aspects.
The meeting highlighted the necessity to enter other forms of alternative dispute resolution, focusing on Arbitration.
Participants in this meeting were: judges, prosecutors, mediators and staff of the USAID and Academy of Justice.
