On 30 December 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), is developing one training session under the submodule: “The role of the prosecutor in the main trial”.
Topics to be delivered are: witnesses and their proceeding during the investigative stage, special investigation opportunity, freezing and seizure as a procedural action during the stage of investigation, freezing and confiscation.
Beneficiaries: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
