On 14 January 2020, the Academy of justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will develop one training session under the module: “Special procedures according to the CPCRK”.
Topics to be addressed are: Proceedings against persons who have committed offenses under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and criminal proceedings involving perpetrators with mental disorders, reduced substantive accountability and its impact on criminal liability and sanction under the CPCRK; detention of minors with a mental disorder.
Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly Appointed Prosecutors (VIII Generation), 2019-2020.
