On 15 October 2009, was conducted a Roundtable Discussion under the topic: “Trafficking in Persons”. The subjects that were treated during the respective session focused on the main concepts of the qualification of a criminal offence of trafficking in persons, legal effects of this phenomena, difference between the trafficking in persons and related criminal offences. The session in question was developed in the form of an interactive discussion, during which a special attention was paid to the protection of victims of trafficking.The beneficiaries of the respective training were judges and prosecutors form all regions of Kosovo.
