January 30 and 31 2020, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting two training sessions from the sub-module on “Search and confiscation”.
Topics covered in this training are: search warrant of the house and person, meaning and steps to be undertaken, competence for search warrants, search without court order, admissibility of evidence obtained during search, and provisional sequestration – the meaning.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
