On 20 October 2009, was conducted a Seminar on the Civil Law, dedicated to the “Compensation of Damage”. The subjects treated in the course of the respective session focused on the: criteria on the determination of the amount of compensation with respect to certain forms of immaterial damage, mandatory insurance, (cases of the subjective liability and legal effects of damage caused to the third party as well as his/her status in specific cases) and current auto-liability insurance in Kosovo. The purpose of this roundtable was to provide a substantial knowledge on the subject matter and come out with the unification of the legal stand points in compliance with the standards applicable for the compensation of damage. The beneficiaries of the respective training were judges, prosecutors and professional associates from all regions of Kosovo.
