A delegation consisting of Mr. Fejzullah Hasani, President of the Supreme Court and Chairman of the Managing Board of KJI, Mr. Enver Peci, Chairman of the Kosovo Judicial Council, Mr. Ismet Kabashi, Chief State Prosecutor and Head of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Mr. Lavdim Krasniqi Director of the Kosovo Judicial Institute, judges, prosecutors and officials from KJI from October 22 are conducting a three-day visit to judicial and prosecutorial institutions in Karlsruhe and Stuttgart, Germany.
The delegation will be received by senior representatives of the Federal Court of Germany, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Baden Wurtembergut, Republican Supreme Court and Municipal Courts in which they will be discussing regarding the system and German practices in legal education of judges and prosecutors, with an emphasis in the practical training of candidates for judges and prosecutors as well as for the opportunities for continuing mutual cooperation in the field of legal education for judges and prosecutors.
