On 04 February 2020, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will develop one training session under the submodule: “EU Law”.
Topics to be covered during the training are: the structure of Treaties, the nature of competencies and basic principles of the EU Law, EU institutions and decision making process, as well as EU Court.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
