February 6 and 7 2020, Academy of Justice within its Initial Trainign Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting two trainign sessions from the sub-module on search and confiscation.
Topics that are being covered are: legal grounds for sequestration and the procedure, assets that cannot be provisionally sequestrated, sequestration of the cirminally acquired property and meaning of sequestration and confiscation, as two forms of taking the criminally acquired property.
Beneficiaries of this trainign are the ewnly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
