February 13 2020, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting training on “Novelties to the Law on Special Chamber of the Supreme Court”.
This training is elaborating on Jurisdiction of the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court, plaintiffs and respondents in the Special Chamber, constituency and organization of the court with the New Law on SCSC.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges of the Special Chamber, Basic Courts (civil divisions) professional associates and legal officers.
