On 14 February 2020, within the initial training program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), will be developed one training session under the submodule: “Covert measures of surveillances and investigation”.
Topics to be covered during this training are: Covert measures of investigation and surveillance in criminal procedure, basic principles and international acts regarding privacy of life and individual.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
