On 19 February 2020, as part of the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (7th generation), one (1) training session is being held under the submodule: “Measures to ensure the presence of the defendant in proceedings”.
Topics to be addressed are: Prohibition of the defendant from approaching the particular place and persons, and house arrest detention.
Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly Appointed Judges (7th Generation), 2019-2020.
