On February 27, 2020, within the framework of the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), is being conducted one training session under the submodule: "Covert measures of investigation and surveillance".
Topics to be addressed are: Procedure for issuing covert technical surveillance and investigation measures, police request, submission request by the state prosecutor.
Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly Appointed Judges (Generation VII), 2019-2020.
