On February 27, 2020, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), is holding one (1) training session under the submodule: “Expertise and Analysis”.
Topics to be addressed are: Steps to obtaining property acquired by criminal offense, means of identification used by the investigator and prosecutor, and confiscation under the expended competences.
Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly Appointed Judges (Generation VII), 2019-2020.
