On 10 March 2020, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), is developing two training session under the submodule: “Professional ethics”.
Topics to be delivered during this training are: the history of the codes of ethics, historical evolution of the ethics – main schools of the ethic philosophy, code of ethics-instruments that guarantees the integrity of the judges/prosecutors and the instruments for their disciplining, as well as the judicial and non-judicial actions of judges and lay judges, including in depended and impartial courts established by law.
