March 10 2020, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program (CTP), in cooperation with GIZ – Legal and Administrative Reform Project, is conducting training on “Criminal procedure involving perpetrators with mental disorders”.
This training is elaborating on the following: special nature of criminal offences involving perpetrators with mental disorders, detention for persons with mental disorders, implementing psychiatric examination, and mandatory psychiatric treatment in mental health institutions and in liberty.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges and prosecutors in the basic instance of all regions of Kosovo and judges of the Appeals Court.
