April 29-30 2020, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program in cooperation with GIZ-LARP is organizing training on the topic of “The Law on General Administrative Procedure – Practical guideline”.
Trainers in this training are Mr. Hasan Shala, President of the Appeals Court and Mrs. Delushe Halimi – judge at the Appeals Court.
Purpose of this training was to extend the participants knowledge on implementation of administrative procedures set forth in the Law on General Administrative Procedure, and correct assessment of the Administrative Act with all its integral elements.
Focus of this training was on the following: Administrative act, form, content, entrance into force, implementation and its revocation.
This training elaborated on the role and importance of the LGAP in administrative bodies as a mandatory law based on which the administrative procedure commences, is conducted and concluded.
Training methodology was based on interactive discussions elaborating also on different cases from the court case law.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges of all regions of Kosovo, professional associates and legal officials from Prishtina region, officials from the Cadastral Office of the Municipality of Malisheva, Monitoring officials, the Independent Oversight Board, and other representatives.
