On May 20, 2020, within the Initial Training Program, a (1) training session is being held under the module: "Defendant in criminal proceedings", with the trainer Mrs. Tonka Berisha-Judge at the Court of Appeals.
The topics addressed in this session are: The defendant during the main trial and the right to exercise legal remedies.
The training is taking place virtually, the newly appointed judges had the opportunity to discuss and ask questions about the topics being addressed.
Participants in the training are 37 newly appointed judges of the generation VII 2019-2020, where seven of them are from the Serbian community.
