On May 26, 2020, within the Initial Training Program, a (1) training session is taking place under the sub module: "Defendant in criminal proceedings", with the trainer Mrs. Tonka Berisha-Judge at the Court of Appeals.
The topics addressed in this session are: Defendant during the short procedure and the procedure for international legal assistance, the defendant during the procedure for issuing the punitive order and during the procedure for providing international legal assistance.
The training is taking place virtually, the newly appointed judges had the opportunity to talk and ask questions about the topics being addressed.
Participants in the training are 37 newly appointed judges of the generation VII 2019-2020, where seven of them are from the Serbian community.
