On 01 and 02 June 2020, within the Initial Training Program, two (2) training sessions are taking place under the sub module: “Initial hearing, second hearing and main trial”, with trainer Mr. Afrim Shala - Judge at the Court of Appeals.
Topics covered in these two sessions are: Judicial hearing, adjournment and the end of the main trial, the course of the main trial, the commencement of the main trial and the statement of the accused and the obtaining, drafting and submission of the judgment.
During today's training, which is taking place in a virtual form, the newly appointed judges had the opportunity to talk and ask questions about the addressed topics, illustrating it in a practical way.
Participants in the training are 37 newly appointed judges of the generation VII 2019-2020, where seven of them are from the Serbian community.
