On 29-30 June 2020, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting a training on: “Enforcement remedies”.
Trainers engaged in this training are: Lumni Sallauka, Judge of the Appeal Court and Isa Shala, Private bailiff.
The training aims at advancing the knowledge of participants regarding the enforcement remedies and enforcing actions related to implementation of the enforcement.
The training focused on: Types of enforcement and the procedures in relation to these remedies.
During this training, the following are elaborated: Categorization of the enforcement remedies, court proceedings according to the enforcement remedies, enforcement decisions, and its procedural forms. Special emphasis was paid to the content and legal effect as property, status, employment related.
Training methodology is based on combined methods of explanation including theoretical and practical explanations followed by practical examples.
Beneficiaries of this training were: Judges from the Basic and Appellate Level, Civil Department from all regions of Kosovo.
