August 10-11 2020, Academy of Justice within its Continuous training program is conducting training on “Stages of preliminary procedure, proactive investigation and insuring of evidence”.
Trainers for this session are Mr. Haxhi Dërguti – Chief Prosecutor of the Appeals Prosecution and Mr. Kujtim Munishi – Chief Prosecutor in Basic Prosecution of Prishtina.
Purpose of this training is professional capacity increase of judges and prosecutors related to proactive investigation and close professional cooperation with other law enforcement officers.
Focus of this training are: proactive investigation and insuring of evidence, examination and obtaining statements from the defendant, witnesses and injured parties, as well as experts.
This training elaborated also on protection of witnesses and injured parties, and of collaborative witnesses, as well as on the special investigative opportunity.
This training will use interactive methods, case simulations, work in groups for practical cases, and questions and answers on the topics of this training.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors of the Appeals instance and the basic instance from all regions of Kosovo.
