October 29 2020, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting training on “File and case management in the judicial and prosecutorial system”.
Trainers engaged in this training were: Vaton Durguti, judge in the Appeals Court and Valdet Gashi, Prosecutors in the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo.
Purpose of this training was to extend the participants knowledge about regulations and legal practices applicable in managing the case flow in courts and prosecution offices.
Training methodology was based on interactive discussions elaborating on different cases from practice.
Beneficiaries of this training were: assistant administrators from courts, clerks, heads of registry office and legal officers from courts and prosecution offices
