On March 8, 2013, a roundtable discussion was conducted regarding privatization. During this roundtable were addressed topics such as; the concept and forms of privatization, as well as conflicts of competence. There were also discussions regarding legal basis and the method of its implementation, competent authorities and the avoidance of conflicts of law during the implementation.
In particular, this roundtable also addressed aspects of international standards, respectively cases from the European Court of Human Rights related to privatization. The beneficiaries of this training were judges of Basic Courts, General Department of Civil Division.
