On February 11, 2021, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting training through the Zoom platform on: "Domestic Violence".
Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Zyhdi Haziri, Judge at the Appeal Court in Prishtina and Mrs. Shenaj Berisha, prosecutor in the Basic Prosecution in Prishtina
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding Criminal Code of Kosovo which defines domestic violence as any form of abuse exercised by one person against another person, which results in a violation of his physical, moral, psychological integrity, sexual, social, economic.
The applied methodology is of combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges, State Prosecutors, Professional Associates.
