March 4th 2021, Academy of Justice with the support of the United Kingdom Embassy, respectively the Project of AXIOM International, will organize the training on “Conducting competency-based interviews”.
Purpose of this training is correct implementation of the recently approved guideline by the Council, along with the supported instructions for an objective, transparent, non-discriminatory, comprehensive and merit-based process when appointing the Chief State Prosecutors and the Chief prosecutors.
Issues that will be elaborated within this training are: Preparation, structuring, determining, as well as the opening and conclusion of the interview; Raising questions in the interview; Assessment (grading) an interview, as well as practical exercises – on Assessment and Grading of the candidates.
Beneficiaries of this training are members of the Prosecutorial Council.
