March 31st 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VIII) is conducting theoretical training on the sub-module on: “Contested Procedure – Second part” with trainer Mr. Hasan Shala, President of the Appeals Court.
This training session elaborated on the following aspects: Mediation and court settlement, preparing and conducting a preparatory session, taking decisions during the preparatory sessions, and drafting the preparatory session.
The training methodology is being implemented with the interactive method, addressing examples and practical cases related to this issue.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
