On 06 April 2021, within the initial training program for newly appointed judges, generation eight
(8) is conducting a theoretical training on the module: “Contested Procedure – first part, with the trainer Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi, Judge of the Supreme Court
In the framework of this training session, the following topics are being addressed: Content of the judgment, announcement, drafting and submission of judgment, correction of the judgment, final form of the judgment and types of judgment, binding judgment, affirmative judgment and transformational judgment.
The training methodology is being combined with interactive method, elaborating practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
