On April 6, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges, the eighth generation (8) is being carried out theoretical training under the module "Contested Procedure-second part" with trainer Mr. Qerim Ademaj, judge at the Court of Appeals.
In the framework of this training session, the following topics are being addressed: Witnesses, means of proof in the contentious procedure, facts that should be proven and those that should not be proven in the civil procedure, court authorizations on when they can take evidence ex officio and legal provisions regarding the burden of proof.
The training methodology is of a combined methodology including interactive discussion, addressing examples and practical cases related to the subject. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
