April 19 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges, generation VIII, is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on Law on Obligations, with trainer Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, judges at the Appeals Court.
This training session is elaborating on the following: Civil liability, causes of material damage, tort and contractual liability, change of circumstances, unlawful action, exclusion of liability for the damage caused and the basis of civil liability.
The training methodology is being applied on a case-by-case basis, and through conversation.
The training is being conducted online through the "ZOOM" platform. The beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
