April 21 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges, generation VIII, is conducting a theoretical training from the Sob-module on: Law on Obligations, with trainer Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, judge at the Appeals Court.
In the framework of this training session the following topics are being elaborated: Lawsuit of unjust enrichment, judgment regarding the lawsuit of unfounded enrichment, performing foreign work without order (negotiorum gestio), unilateral expression of will as a source of obligations, the public promise of reward and the signs of identification.
The training methodology is applying practical cases and interactive discussion of the participants. The training is being conducted online through the "ZOOM" platform. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serbian community.
