On April 29, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Property rights and other real rights" with trainer Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, judge at the Supreme Court.
Within this session are being treated: Co-ownership and joint property, rights and obligations of co-owners, right of division, termination of co-ownership, joint ownership of large families, joint ownership of spouses, joint ownership of co-heirs on the items of the hereditary measure and the right of ownership on the floors.
The training methodology is being applied in practical cases thus addressing different examples from case law. The training is being carried out physically in the Academy, respecting the protocol and the decision about preventive measures, including the possibility of online training, through the platform "ZOOM". Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
