On May 30, 2013, KJI conducted a roundtable discussion regarding Code of Criminal Procedure.
During the training judges had the opportunity to get acquainted with the comments and recommendations of the working group committed to identify the novelties and problems regarding the application of CCPK, in order to apply these provisions as properly as possible. Participants of this training welcomed the explanations and comments of the working group and raised issues for discussion regarding the practical implementation of the CCPK and received enough information from the experts who were part of the working group on issues they addressed as problems in practical application.
The beneficiaries of this training were basic court judges from all regions of Kosovo and one official from the Kosovo Correctional Service.
