On June 3, 2013, KJI conducted a roundtable discussion regarding Code of Criminal Procedure.
During the training, judges and prosecutors had the opportunity to get acquainted with the comments and recommendations of the working group committed in identifying the novelties and problems regarding the application of the CCPK in order to apply as properly as possible its provisions. Participants in this training welcomed the clarifications and comments presented by the working group of trainers, they raised for discussion the problems that they face in the practical application of the new provisions of the CCPK and received answers to many questions and issues raised discussions for problematic issues.
The beneficiaries of this training were judges and prosecutors of the basic level from all regions of Kosovo as well as the professional associates from courts and prosecution offices.
