On June 4, 2013, KJI organized a roundtable discussion from the Criminal field on the topic “Cooperation in the commission of the criminal offense”.
During the training, judges and prosecutors had the opportunity to get acquainted with joint-commission and the agreement to commit a criminal offence, assistance and the push. At the same time this training addressed the criminal union, limits of the criminal liability and the punishment for cooperation. The training was followed by cases from the case-law and the exchange of experiences in order to avoid the dilemmas.
The beneficiaries of this training were judges and prosecutors of the basic level from all regions of Kosovo.
