May 11 2021, Initial Training Program of the Academy of Justice is conducting a training for the newly appointed judges, generation eight, from the sub-module on the Commercial Law, with trainer Mr. Mahir Tututli, Judge at the Appeals Court.
This training session of this sub-module is addressing the following topics: Contracts in economics, some types of contracts, banking and insurance works, lending banking works, special lending works and banking service works.
The training methodology is applying practical cases therefore addressing various examples. The training is being carried out physically in the Academy and online via Zoom platform. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
