On May 14, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Economic Law" with trainer Mr. Mahir Tutuli, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
In this session the topics that are being addressed are: Understanding of the insurance contract, characteristics of the insurance contract, obligations of the contracting parties, liability for penalty based on (subjective) guilt and liability for damages caused by the use of the motor vehicle.
The training methodology is being applied through practical cases and through interactive discussions. The training is being carried out physically in the Academy and in real time on the "ZOOM" platform. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
