On May 19 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training for the eighth generation of newly appointed judges is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on Commercial Law, with Trainer Mr. Mahir Tutuli, judge at the Appeals Court.
Within this topic are being treated are: Invalidity of the contract, invalid contracts, reversible contracts, non-fulfillment of the obligation - delay, arrears, delay of the creditor, termination of the contract, termination by agreement and unilateral termination of the contract as well as legal effects of terminating the contract.
Training methodology is applying presentation of practical cases through the interactive method of discussion. The training is taking place physically at the Academy’s premises respecting all the Covid-19 prevention measures. Beneficiaries of this training are the 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are of the Serbian community.
