On May 19 2021, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the EU Project for Support to Civil Code – Stage II, within its Continuous Training Program is conducting an online training via Zoom platform on the following topic: “Harmonization of court decisions in property cases”.
Trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Haxhi Gashi, the Key expert of the Project and Mrs. Jorida Xhafaj, Senior Expert.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on implementation of the applicable legislations on property matters, ways of acquiring ownership focusing on the courts case law.
Training methodology is combined with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Appeals Court and judges of Basic Courts.
