On 01 June 2021, within the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8) a theoretical training is being conducted under the module "ECHR" with trainer Mr. Zyhdi Haziri, judge at the Court of Appeals.
In the framework of this training session from this sub-module are addressed the following topics: The difference between the Council of Europe and the European Council, the difference between the European Court of Human Rights and the European Court of Justice and Article 2 of the European Convention for Human Rights.
The training methodology is being applied through practical cases, as well as interactive discussion. The training is being physically conducted at the Academy of Justice. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
