On 02 June 2021, within the initial training program for newly appointed judges, generation eight (8), a theoretical training is being conducted under the module “ECHR, with the trainer Mr. Zyhdi Hazir, judge of the Appellate Court.
The topics that are being elaborated during this training are: The right to life, governmental acts regarding restriction of freedom, the efficiency of compensation and missing persnos.
The training methodology consists of practical cases and interactive discussions related to Article 2 of the ECHR. The training is being conducted in person at the Academy of Justice. Beneficiaries of this training are 24 newly appointed judges, whereas two of them are from Serbian community.
