June 3 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the eighth generation of newly appointed judges is conducting a theoretical training from the Sub-module on Administrative Law, with trainer Mr. Hasan Shala, President of the Appeals Court.
In the framework of this training session, the following sub-topics are being addressed: Administrative conflict in the formal and material sense, object of the administrative conflict-administrative act and administrative acts against which the administrative conflict cannot be developed.
The training methodology is being applied on a case-by-case basis addressing problems and challenges in practice. The training is being physically conducted at the Academy of Law. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
