On June 8, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges, the eighth generation (8) is being carried out theoretical training under the module "Inheritance law" with trainer Mr. Faton Ademi, judge at the Court of Appeals.
In the framework of this training session under the module "Mediation in the civil field" are addressed: The role and importance of the judge in the development of mediation, the nature of civil cases that can be resolved through mediation, compulsory mediation, the right to initiate mediation procedure, initiation of mediation procedure, development of mediation procedure, effects of the agreement reached on mediation and mediation in economic disputes.
The training methodology is applied through practical cases and interactive discussion on the above mentioned issues. The training is being carried out physically in the Academy and in real time on the "ZOOM" platform. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
