June 16 2021, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting an online training via Zoom platform on the “Main hearing, procedure of evidence and burden of proof in an administrative dispute.
Trainer engaged for this activity are Mr. Hasan Shala, president of the Appeals Court, and Mr. Ramush Bardiqi, judge in the Basic Court of Prishtina.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on analyzing and elaborating the procedure developed in courts in the main hearing, the procedure of evidence, identification and obtaining evidence and the ways of proving, proving remedies in the contested procedure, and the burden of proof in an administrative dispute.
The training methodology is combination of theoretical lecturing with interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and professional associates.
