On June 24 2021, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting a training on “Crimes against marriage and family”.
Trainers for this activity are Mr. Agim Maliqi, judge in the Supreme Court of Kosovo, and Mr. Isuf Sadiku, Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecution in Gjilan.
Purpose of this training is to extend professional knowledge of the participants on presenting different positions and points in the criminal process, whether as perpetrator of the criminal offence, a witness, a victim or an injured party as per the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo and the Juvenile Justice Code of Kosovo.
Training methodology is combined with theoretical lecturing and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors.
