On July 2, 2021, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the USAID Commercial Justice Program, in the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a training on "Arbitration".
The trainer engaged in this training is Mr. Mahir Tutuli, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants for capacity building in the arbitration procedure.
The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are Judges of the Court of Appeals and Basic Level from the Economic Department, professional associates, state attorneys and lawyers.
