On March 31st 2014, the Candidates for judges and prosecutors who are undertaking the Initial Training at the Kosovo Judicial Institute attended a hearing session of the panel at the Appeals Court.
Purpose of this visit to the Appeals Court was to have the candidates benefit professionally and to enable development of their practical skills that they will be practicing after being appointed.
The great interest shown by the candidates about our case law was welcomed by the judges, as the Presiding Judge of the Panel and the Referring Judge after completion of the session explained to the candidates about new procedures set forth in the CPC of Kosovo.
The session was opened and was conducted in front of the media presence.
