On 17 June2014, KJI within the Continuous Training Program will organize a training on: “Criminal offences committed in co-perpetration of juvenile with an adult”.
The content of this training is: “joinder and separation of the proceedings, forms of rulings and its phases, the panel deciding on the procedure and characteristics of the judgment.
Beneficiaries of this training will be Basic and Appeal Court judges and prosecutors – general department, serious crime and juvenile department.
